Xclimb 60 protection curtain is preferred in, Kulemista, 20-floored luxurious housing project in Kozyatağı.

According to the communiqué issued by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization and implemented on 1 July, it has become compulsory to cover the parts of the buildings within the building approach distance with a complete protective curtain. This necessity has revealed the importance of protection curtains, mostly preferred for high-rise buildings such as skyscrapers until today. Protection curtains are now becoming a preferred option for low-rise buildings due to new requirements and strict controls on occupational safety with new standards. The project planned to be 20 floors and 75 meters high uses the Doka Xclimb 60 Protection Curtains for maximum occupational safety and productivity. In the statement made by Doka about the subject, it is said that “The system can provide safe working at any height thanks to the solid coating provided by the system. Since the system is steered in accordance with the building, climbing can be done quickly and safely even at high wind speeds, in which tower cranes cannot work. In addition, due to the increased sense of security, the construction sites can work with higher productivity. Doka is also providing preliminary installation of the protection curtains, which provide the company a great cost advantage and time saving. Thanks to the hydraulic system, when the floor is completed, the system may automatically climb to the upper floor and thus, the crane capacity is also saved.”
