Kulemista, a 20-storey luxury housing project in Kozyatağı, is perhaps one of the clearest examples of the increasing importance given to occupational and worker safety in Turkey. Doka Xclimb 60 Protection Curtain is preferred for maximum occupational safety and efficiency in the project, which is planned to be 20 floors and 75 meters high, which is being constructed by Mista A.Ş., a subsidiary of Eyvan Holding. According to the communiqué published by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization and put into practice as of July 1, it has become compulsory to cover the parts of the buildings within the building approach distance with a complete protective curtain. This obligation also revealed the importance of protection curtains, which have been preferred mostly in high-rise buildings such as skyscrapers until today. Protection curtains have now become the choice of low-rise buildings due to the new obligations and strict inspections brought by the new standards for occupational and worker safety.
